Allison P. Sues is an associate with Smith O'Callaghan & White. Ms. Sues' practice involves representing and counseling employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters. Her area of emphasis is employment-related litigation and management of threatened claims in seeking to avoid litigation. Ms. Sues is involved in all steps of employment-related litigation, including fact-gathering, e-discovery and motion practice in the federal and state courts, and before administrative agencies. She represents employers in court and administrative agency matters arising under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Illinois Trade Secrets Act, as well as under various other federal, state and local laws and regulations applicable to employers.
