Andrew R. Turker is an associate with Smith O'Callaghan & White. Mr. Turker's practice involves representing and counseling employers on a wide range of labor and employment matters. His area of emphasis is employment-related litigation, management of threatened claims in seeking to avoid litigation and corporate investigations. Mr. Turker is involved in all steps of employment-related litigation, including fact-gathering, e-discovery and motion practice in the federal and state courts, and before administrative agencies. He represents employers in court and administrative agency matters arising under the Illinois Trade Secrets Act, the trade secrets acts of other states, and the federal, state and local laws and regulations governing all aspects of labor and employment law.
