David A. Schneider is of counsel to the firm. He has represented employers in a broad based employment law practice, concentrating largely in employment litigation in a variety of local, state, and federal forums throughout the country. He has experience in individual, multi-plaintiff and class actions involving the full spectrum of labor and employment issues.

Before joining Smith O'Callaghan & White in 2000, Mr. Schneider was part of the labor and employment law practice groups at Bell, Boyd & Lloyd (now K&L Gates) and Rudnick & Wolfe (now DLA Piper) in Chicago.
