Jessica L. Putnam is an associate with Smith O’Callaghan & White. Ms. Putnam provides counseling and support to employers on labor and employment issues arising under various federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations. Ms. Putnam represents employers in all areas of employment litigation in the federal and state courts, including discovery and motion practice, and discrimination, harassment, and other claims filed with federal, state, and local administrative agencies.
Ms. Putnam was a policy clerk with the Office of Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan prior to joining Smith O’Callaghan & White, where she assisted in drafting legislation and policy initiatives. She obtained a Master of Social Work, specializing in Public Policy and Administration, while attending law school.
