Mark J. Galus is of counsel to the firm. He has represented employers and individuals for over 12 years in a broad range of labor and employment law areas, including employment discrimination, wages and hours, workplace torts, employment contracts, and unfair competition. Mr. Galus is also a trained civil mediator. He has significant experience in the area of alternative dispute resolution in resolving workplace disputes and in labor arbitrations.

Mr. Galus was previously an associate with Smith O'Callaghan & White from 2000 to 2003, and was involved in many of the firm's most important matters at that time, including litigation of employment cases in the United States District Courts and the Circuit Court of Cook County. He has practiced law in Kansas City since 2003, including three years of practice with a large national labor and employment firm. He grew up in a small town outside of Kansas City. In addition to his role as of counsel with the firm, Mr. Galus has a law practice and mediation practice in Kansas City.
